Belles Appraisal Service, LLC, was started in January 2004 and currently deals exclusively in Residential Appraisals.  My associate, Shelly Berhost, is also a Certified Residential Appraiser.

Along with my partnership in Belles Appraisal Service, LLC, I am currently employed with O'Neil & Company Real Estate & Appraisal Services.  My duties include all facets of appraisal work pertaining to Residential, Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Appraisals. 

I hold a Certified General Appraisers License which allows me to appraise any type of property whether it is residential, farm and ranch, or commercial.
